Basel Wine Festival

The Basel Wine Festival 2020 is cancelled.

The impact of the COVID-19 virus continues to keep the events industry on its toes. There is still a great deal of uncertainty as to what the situation will be like in autumn and whether an event that thrives on conviviality and a casual atmosphere and where wine tasting is celebrated, can be held under reasonable conditions and can be carried out successfully for all concerned.

For these reasons, after careful consideration of all the facts, we have decided to cancel the Basel Wine Festival, which has been announced for 24 October to 1 November 2020.
